The apartment is brand new and it architect took special care about lighting of the space which makes it utterly pleasant and cosy.
The apartment is bright and full of light. It has huge windows from the floor to the ceiling. The apartment is hot in winter and cool in summer, because the building is from the beginning of the last century and it has thick walls, which means that it also has great sound isolation. The space is very comfortable for 4 persons.
Large modern and comfortable sofa, smart FULL-HD TV 48", cable TV with HBO package, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Fully equipped for every day stay: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hot plate, dish washer and all necessary appliances.
Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with mattress out of memory foam and two night stands on both sides of the bed. One feels as sleeping on a cloud.

There is a big wardrobe in the anteroom situated in front of modern fully equipped bathroom. Bathroom has a rain shower and regular douche, a blow-dryer. A bathroom is clean and smells beautifully. Washing machine is situated in the corner of the bathroom.
Sitting room is furnished with large, modern and comfortable sofa, smart FULL-HD TV 48", cable TV with HBO package, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This sofa could be pulled out and transformed in comfortable bed for 2 persons
